Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Government issued the “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Training Institutions in the City to Guide the Healthy Development of the Training Market,” in order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and better meet the diverse learning needs of the citizens.
