Public information shows that Xu Huili, a female of Han ethnicity, was born in August 1975. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She previously served as the Deputy Director of the Pudong New Area, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Municipal Government, Director of the Municipal Urban Operation Management Center, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Director of the Municipal Letters and Calls Office, and Director of the Municipal Urban Operation Management Center. In January 2024, she will take up the position of Director of the Shanghai Data Bureau.
Before this, Shen Shanzhou, who served as the Deputy Secretary of the Huangpu District Committee and District Mayor, has been appointed as the Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Shanghai International Tourism Resort.
