The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will launch a one-month specialized employment service campaign for college graduates.
According to a November 29 announcement from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), in order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on promoting high-quality and full employment, MOHRSS will hold a special employment service action for college graduates in the national human resources market from December 1 to 31. This action aims to provide employment services for 2025 graduates, previous graduates who have left school but are still unemployed, and personnel involved in grassroots service projects such as the “Three Supports and One Assistance” program.
MOHRSS explained that during the special action, local human resources departments, various human resources service agencies, national human resources service industrial parks, and talent markets will extensively explore job openings in the market, innovatively conduct large-scale online recruitment, live streaming job talks, employment guidance and career experiences, online assessments and exam services, bring human resources services into campuses, and hold offline recruitment activities. These efforts are intended to actively promote the employment, entrepreneurship, growth, and talent development of college graduates.
