The event of “Writing Life with Calligraphy and Online Notables in New Cultural Power” came to Yuyuan Garden.
On the afternoon of January 9th, hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Internet Information Office (SMCI) and co-organized by the Huangpu District Party Committee Internet Information Office and The Paper, the “Writing about Shanghai Life – Celebrities from the Internet Discuss New Cultural Forces” event was held at the Shanghai Yu Garden’s Maritime Opera House.
A group of celebrities from various fields such as culture, art, and online literature, along with representatives from local mainstream new media and major business platforms, participated in this event. SMCI Director Xu Jiong, Huangpu District Party Committee Secretary Gao Yun, and others joined in the visit to the Yu Garden to experience the charm of urban cultural heritage. At the subsequent salon event, participants discussed how to write about Shanghai on the internet and promote urban cultural construction, sharing their experiences and suggestions.
On the same day, Xu Jiong, Director of the SMCI, stated that in recent years, relying on its rich cultural resources, Shanghai has continued to promote its cultural brands. The red culture, Shanghai style culture, and Jiangnan cultural characteristics have accumulated a unique urban culture that attracts friends from all over the world to visit. Telling stories about Shanghai through the internet is an important part of building Shanghai into an internationally significant cultural city. The spirit of海纳百川 (absorbing the best from all sources) is reflected in Shanghai’s urban spirit. The SMCI is willing to build bridges and provide services for internet platform institutions and writers, hoping that the “Big Vs” will write about the rich diversity of Shanghai, bringing its stories from offline to online, and from history to the future.
Yang Jun, Deputy Director and First-Level Inspector of the SMCI, expressed that the strong cohesion from the internet is an important force for creating an upward, good, and beautiful urban cultural atmosphere. The “Big V Salon” welcomes more internet celebrities to join in and contribute their unique strength to Shanghai’s cultural construction through different perspectives and expressions. Wang Yufeng, Deputy Secretary of the Huangpu District Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda, introduced four major brands that Huangpu is striving to create: a red outdoor museum brand, a performing arts world brand, an art bundle brand, and a scholarly Huangpu brand. He hoped that the Big Vs could tell stories about China, Shanghai, and Huangpu together.
At the theme sharing and guest interaction session, everyone spoke freely and enthusiastically. National First-Grade Actor Xi Meijuan, Vice President of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Chairman of the Shanghai Literary and Art Federation, stated that ultimately it is the power of civilization that gives a city energy. Civilization construction is a virtue, and while there may be no immediate benefits visible in practicing it, it is more difficult to sustain. Whether or not we can maintain this force and pass it down is a test for cultural workers. Seeing the vibrant new cultural forces primarily composed of post-90s generation provides great encouragement, reminding us of the unbreakable force within Chinese civilization. In the internet era, people in the literary and artistic circles may not be technical experts, but we can promote social progress from a humanistic perspective.
Sun Ganmu, Vice President of the Shanghai Literary Federation and Vice President of the Shanghai Writer’s Association shared the publication story and creative experience of “Thousand Miles of Scenery”. He expressed that 2地下工作者的隐蔽战线历史是文学创作的重要灵感来源之一，对于文学作品而言既是关于那个时代的想象，也仰赖专业的历史记载。他强调了从历史材料中选取重要内容的重要性，以及作者要时刻警惕自己的写作是否准确并持续学习的重要性。作家和编剧马伯庸介绍了长篇小说《大医》的创作灵感和历程，他认为作家需要找到文化名片的内核，找到感人并令人铭记的部分，并用大众熟知的形式表达出来。大众文学创作需要准确洞察时代精神和人民群众的需求，两者结合才能创作出既有思想内涵又受欢迎的作品。复旦大学中文系教授梁永安通过讲述他印象深刻的上海人描绘了上海作为记忆共同体的形象，强调了上海深厚文明尺度的影响。上海广播电视台融媒体中心首席主持人印海蓉分享了以播音主持人为主的侧耳账号的工作理念。他们认为好的作品可以引起广泛共鸣和影响更多的人的深层次共鸣部分就组成了看似小众但实际上足够影响到社会甚至传播推广出的实质影响价值并为此通过多种形式分享其制作过程的体验感悟和思考提升的文化传播效应显著体现了公众的精神生活需要这样的文化产品来丰富和提升自我修养。阅文集团副总裁、总编辑杨晨分享了新时代的新创作理念他认为只要作品足够好小众作品也可以成为大众作品他希望各位作家创作出更多提高大家精神生活水平的作品而不是一味追求大众化和迎合市场趋势的创作风格。悬疑作家赵延分享了上海弄堂对他的成长和创作的影响他认为上海的包容性和多元化的文化土壤让他的创作得以实现上海市委网信办首次颁发年度大V沙龙之友证书以示对网络名人大V多年来对上海的积极贡献和智慧建言的感谢本年度获得荣誉的名单包括侧耳SH乌合麒麟Fu大爷可
