The Ministry of Civil Affairs designated three platforms including Shuidichou as personal online service platforms for assistance.
The reporter learned from the Ministry of Civil Affairs that according to the relevant provisions of the Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Personal Online Fundraising Service Platforms, the Ministry of Civil Affairs organized the selection of personal online fundraising service platforms based on the principles of “voluntary application, compliance with laws and regulations, fairness and impartiality”. After review by the review committee and public notice, three platforms including Shuishuichou (Dripping Water Fundraiser) were designated as personal online fundraising service platforms. The platform names and operating entities are as follows: Shuishuichou (Dripping Water Fundraiser), Beijing Shuishu Huabao Technology Co., Ltd.; Songbeichou (Easy Fundraiser), Beijing Zhongyi Internet Technology Co., Ltd.; Nuixinmin (Benefiting the People with Warm Heart), Beijing Nuoxinmin Technology Co., Ltd.
